Uncomfirmed, but the Brazilians are at it with the rumormill:

    * New sprites for Kanto and Johto Pokemon, Platinum sprites for Sinnoh Pokemon Diamond/Platinum sprites for Hoenn Pokemon
    * New PokeGear, radio's still in, compatible with Poketch?
    * Pokebox DS app on DSi, sort of like Pokemon Ranch, save Pokemon to DSi, transfer between games with one DSi
    * Story's different
    * can't catch Red Gyarados (!)
    * Bug Catching Contest still in
    * Can catch Ho-Oh and Lugia in both games, Legendary Dogs too
    * Kanto's back, can get Kanto starters
    * Mewtwo's back in the same place, so are Legendary Birds (Unknown Cave and Seafoam Isle back?)
    * Safari Zone returns, Cinnibar too  ()
    * MORE EVENT ISLANDS. And also Celebi GS Ball event
    * Online Underground and secret bases, find fossils under Cinnibar
    * Somehow get Hoenn starters in Battle Frontier

Most of it sounds good, but I call BS until proven otherwise.

The games [G/S] are going to have new additions to the gender and breeding portions of the game. An example of these has actually already been revealed to the the public though many people don't realize what it means:



Certain Pokemon will gain new looks based on their parents and while I don't know any specifics right now, I know it's going to be very in-depth.

So if all of this turns out to be true, Pokemon game of the forever? (Granted I liked the passage of time in GSC and how things like the Safari Zone closing, Cinnabar's Volcano erupting came to make an already memorable place even moreso.)

I was referring to the fanart of the Gardevoir, and yes, the thought is a little disturbing.. as they look like bishies more than anything else.. while the females.. look exactly the same..

It'll probably be very subtle visual differences, like how Spinda have different spots all over the place.
