I just like to be fully prepared.

I want to try what my friend Will did, EV train my pokemon and fight him in my 60s.  

You know there was a swarm of Ralts today and yet I couldn't find one Calm Ralts with Sychronize, but I did find a nice Adament male one that I'm going to train and a female Modest one I'm considering for a Gardevoir.

Where did you train? I'm running the gauntlet with the Elite Four but that's getting a bit tedious though I'm getting rich doing so. I might just pull out my Pro Action Replay soon...

Yes. I am an unrepentant cheater but that hasn't stopped many opponents from handing me my posterior anyways.

Well, I trained to lvl80 under the normal E4 (getting 7 Kanto badges without defeating Blue).
Occasional gym leader rebattles, and trainer battles help too.

Then, defeat Blue, and grind under the evolved E4 till lvl90.

I think it took only about 5 ultra balls for me when I did it the second time, because I forgot to save, and I had lv 30 pokemon.

Speaking of grinding, am I the only one that thinks that even strong pokemon give way too little experience without a lucky egg or exp. share? Or am I just feeling that way because of my obssesion of keeping my whole party with balanced levels?

I would since I have a few extra Cyndaquils but I don't think you would have what I want and I don't knw what I want.
