JC Denton's noble sacrifice will long be remembered.
Basic rundown:
My Electrode vs his Typhlosion.
Electrode starts rain, gets hit by rollout, EXPLODES, so both down.
My Gorebyss comes out against his Nidoking, kills it with one surf.
He sends out Charizard, Gorebyss kills it with one surf.
He sends out Dragonite, Gorebyss kills it with one ice beam.
He sends out Grovile, I switch in Leafeon 'cause my rain's ended. Grovile uses some attack I can't remember, but misses.
Grovile uses quick attack and does no real damage, gets killed by x-scissor.
He sends out Lugia, I kinda freak out.
Leafeon uses rain dance, Lugia starts using fly.
I switch in Lanturn, who gets hit by fly but only loses a quarter of her HP.
Lanturn gets hit by Steel Wing, doesn't care (quadruple steel resist woo woo), uses confuse ray.
Lugia is busy hitting himself, Lanturn thunders him.
Lugia uses aeroblast, Lanturn doesn't really care (like 252 spdef EVs and a flying resist, woo woo) and thunders again for the KO.
Basically rain is awesome and I like it now.
(Also I had two other swift swimmers just waiting so oh ho ho)
