Magmaman is a humanoid like Airman, Needleman, Napalmman & Aquaman, which is not liked "real human"
Burnerman is kinda more like Fefnir prototype to me if you want comparison this:

That last one was posted here mostly for that Kevin figure and mention of Megaman. I believe Captain N and Megaman technically share the same canon (that is, Captain N shares its small canon with damn near every NES games').
