I'm pretty sure he only had a head of hair in the manga. In the games his hair is part of his helmet. According to R20 art anyway.

In realisim, Wily will always look awesome. I constantly found "Real Life Wily" pictures I didin't like due to their well-composed positions.

Another thing I liked about the "Real Life Wilys" is how the background works behind him. It's what makes it awesome.

The way all of them are placed, you could have them being placed in the front, back, right or left and with enough composition, you'll have a menacing piece.
