No, it reminds me more of ZX than Zero. Zero was a bit darker in terms of art style.

To be specific, the first ZX game's art style was MMZ-ish.  ZX Advent had a much different art style (less cartoonish).

I'm not sure. Like Kieran said, ZXA was slightly less cartoonish. We could probably say SIMILAR, but not THE SAME.
