[spoiler]Apparently, this level with DANGER on it is actually none other than.

THE YELLOW DEVIL!

Although I'm unsure if this is actually an endless fight (where he actually can die in a certain # of times killed), or if its actually an endless battle until you die.

CONFIRMED: He does have multiple phases like those Final Dr. Wily fights. His final phase was the toughest phase I've fought. I did not really count when I was fighting it, but it seemed like there were at least 5 phases.

1 - Normal Path Phase.
2 - Faster Path Phase.
3 - Sometimes throws 3 blocks at once at you.
4 - Uses an X like path movement.
5 - The final phase. The blocks stop in the middle of the path for a second. Then suddenly start moving again.

Yea, that sounds about right.

It's a good thing that DANGER part is actually optional. It was hard for me the first time I tried it.

This actually may be a good challenge for Vixy to try.

Use the practice mode code to try and jump to the level (it was discovered on the previous pages of this topic). Easier and less pain-inducing method of getting there!

I cleared 100+ screens in the 6th version of Rockman 3 Endless. Didn't even see the Yellow Devil.

Bring on Rockman 2 and 4 Endless. I'd love to see those. Rockman Endless, I wouldn't look forward to so much because that game is balls hard.

Dude, you must be a mind reader because I was thinking the exact same thing! I'll have "Can't Sleep Until I Pass" playing in my head when I get to the Guts Man areas. And when I go to bed, I'll have nightmares about it.

Well, finally took a shot at- Whoops.

[spoiler]The Uber Yellow Devil. Note there's a 3-block spike pit on either side. 1st round normal, 2nd reminds me of MM1 speed. 3rd's multi-blocks require insane precision and occasional sliding. 4th's X-pattern *SHOULD* be easy, there are always safe spots on the floor, but having to not jump when you see a glob at the bottom really farks with the veteran reflexes. The 5th round's mid-path stops are pure insanity; lots of slides with only 2 or 3 blocks of room, often needing to follow a jump. DO NOT pause mid-pass, because the hang time will get you hit.[/spoiler]

Wait, the creator of Rockman DEM, one of the sweetest Rockman 2 hacks made RM2 Endless? JAWESOME!!!

But I think I already hate the Quick Man areas in this hack even more after seeing some vids on YouTube.

Well FINALLY, someone made a rockman 2 endless. ;D
Now I can add this to my rockman endless collection.

EDIT: Well I attempt it myself some areas were hard. So I just went to seeing them on youtube.
The first thing I noticed was the numbering of the areas. It's not as even as it supposed to be. For example, standard areas are supposed to have 5 screens each. Bosses are every 30 screens. One of the videos showing a guy getting to heat man at 36th screen.
Also, was it just me, or did some of the teleporter colors looked messed up in some areas? (examples being air man, and wood man areas.)

Though I suppose it's a good hack nonetheless.

Well it can go over just a little bit. It's probably like, when your able to start the next area after going in a teleport, the game's doing a check to see if it's 30 or more at that very momment, if it is, then only pick a boss room, otherwise continuing selecting random area's normally. So like say you got to a teleporter at screen #28 or 29, and it's not equal to 30 yet, and then you just happened to get a long place that was 5 or 6 screens long, then the next teleporter will defintely send ya to a boss since it was finally over 30.

That's just my guess anyway.

Okay. Apparently, this RockMan 2 endless hack DOES contain all the wily fortress bosses (most of them anyway). INCLUDING the Wily Alien final boss. I don't know why the creator made it that way, as none of the others do this. I'm on my 150th or something screen now, and already came acors Dr Wily Alien, and the Wily Machine.

RM2 Endless is definitely the hardest of the Endless hacks. My second try I only cleared 34 screens. First Wily boss I encountered was the purple blocks (don't know the bosses' official name) and I got soooooo lucky on that thing.

Rock2 endless kicks my ass, BADLY. I think my best TO DATE is ~42 screens. I've more than DOUBLED that in both Rock3 and Rock5's!

I'd have to say Rock3's is my favorite so far, but then, MM3 was the game I started my MM interest with. The Doc Robot stages really made that game something special; and having the fast pace with sliding, and NOT the waiting with the charge-buster really set a good pace, to me.

But Rock2? JUST. FREAKING. HARD. "!".

The problem is that the Buster colors are still Rock Blue. Time Stopper shows the right colors.

I'll try that patch too. If it's a combo patch; you might apply the Endless patch first, and the graphical patch second, and see if it fixes that.
