Pre-owned PS3, $129.

No Controller but it's a 250GB model and comes with the Power Cable so I don't need to pay for that.

Isn't the power cable for the PS3 the same one that most things with a detachable AC cord, that isn't a computer, used since the 1950s and everybody owns at least 5 spares at all times?

Also, good job buying a PS3. Are you gonna put some CFW on it?

We bought a TV from Goodwill that had it's cord chopped off and we used one for a cord by shoving the wires into the holes.

Surprisingly, I don't have any spares of those.

And CFW's just going to get my PSN banned, isn't it? Since I actually buy stuff off the store I'd rather play it safe.

Those adapters are pretty easy to splice.  We had one missing the plug, and another missing the transformer, so we spliced them.

That's why you buy two PS3s. OR, you know, don't use your actual account and just pirate the things you paid for.

A plain hotdog for Monday's lunch.
Humble Rhythm Weekly Sale
Hitman: Absolution
Hitman: Contracts
Thief 2: The Metal Age
Thief: Deadly Shadows

At last the cycle is complete. I feel wasting money to buy the Thief trilogy 3 times is a little less dumb after I managed to blow $50 on Team Fortress 2.

Also now I've got an extra Steam key for BIT.TRIP RUNNER to try and pawn off. Hoarding these bugs me.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked

I didn't get it from the eShop sale, but on eBay. I had a $5 "gift card" and applied it to my purchase, adding up to about $18 in total.

This makes my first SMT game.

So I decided to stop being a lowlife pirate and I got these because it feels good supporting the artists and having actual CDs. That counts four albums I actually own.

May as well list off my convention swag...

-Handmade soap with charcoal, basaltic clay, and goat's milk (I buy homemade soaps when I get the chance)
-Amethyst dowsing pendulum
-Stereo EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) mic for audio projects
-Haunted asylums book
-Gettysburg Ghost Tours "Show Me Your Orbs" t-shirt

Free stuff including Shadows of the Paranormal wristband, Ghosthunter Store pen, button that says "Respect the Dead!  They were people, too!"

Highlights of the convention: Paranormal pop culture panel, Haunted Collector panel, science of paranormal investigation panel, and my favorite panel: a discussion on demonic possession with Chris Dedman.

There were psychics, spirit mediums, a hypnotherapist, and scads of ghost hunters and demonologists.  A very interesting convention.
