"Borges" I have no idea. Maybe "boar-gez"... or is the "g" pronounced with a breathy "h"?
"Da Gama" looks fairly self-explanatory.
It doesn't help at all that I've never heard Portuguese being spoken or read (well except for that one time I saw that Portuguese man rant about Twilight, but there was no Portuguese text to accompany his diatribe).

Also I love the rain, but I hate glasses in the rain. I need some damn windshield wipers for my face.
