I generally look towards the ground when walking. Firstly to try and avoid stepping on the cracks between each tile. Secondly to avoid looking at anyone that may be coming from the opposite direction. I'd assume most people aren't really looking at me, but I just get really nervous and feel like their watching my every move to judge me.
