Yeah, the thing about this show is, some of the changes and omissions seem to have been done because the audience would have already seen those things in the first series... But then why did they have to remake the story from the beginning in the first place? They're straddling a fence here.

But the scene in question was not in the first anime. They did include it, but only in such a ridiculously half-assed way that it mucks up the later revisit. But I guess that's the price we have to pay for giant Cornello.

I like watching both animes in the same timeframe because it's so weird when a character dies in one show but comes back in the other!

Gah, they're purposely putting off all the epic episodes. I mean, this one was still pretty good, but it really would have been pretty awesome if they put the Roy vs. Lust episode a little earlier.

Episode was quite awesome, too bad they had to remove some stuff to make this an episode only about Roy vs Lust. Oh well, it's not like it can't be moved to the next episode or the one after that.
