Algus was a dick, I was more than glad to finally kick his ass...and one game I remember prolonging his suffering, but pretty much cornering him, and restoring his health as I knocked it back down. (Until I got a random crit and killed him for good.) I think that one battle alone lasted 2 hours.

I liked relinquishing all of Gafgarion's equipment and changing him to Priest before he backstabbed me. =D Twas fun.

No.
Only the one where he betrays you.
But later on he has some cool equipment to steal, like a Blood Sword. (Who doesn't love those things?)

Guests always get stripped of their clothing as soon as they enter my party. Usually, they have much better equipment than my own, and more often than not, they end up leaving my party permanently, so at least I get to keep some free items.

Guest characters rarely get anything productive done anyways, considering I usually level up way too fast that story development battles tend to go by without effort anyways.

Hmm, how do I adjust the speed like that anyway? Any adverse effects or what have you I should be aware of?

It was part of this custom firmware business dealie. ^^;

You pressed select on the PSP menu and from there you could change the speed.

The default speed is at 222Mhz. o.o;

The slow down is what made me not play it on my PSP, but if there is a way to make it not slow down so much then I'd totally play some of that [parasitic bomb].
But first, I must get a new pandora battery, then update my firmware.
