This just in, Mega Man x5 will not be using the Guns N' Roses inspired name in the collection as mentioned by Gamespot.

Up until I got a good look at him, I always thought Block Man was always smirking till I saw that it was his eyes surrounded by a circle.

I too have returned. I truly haven't left. I just had gotten bored of posting on messageboards as a whole and concentrating more on side projects. I did however always come around for Vixylicious Sundaes Sundays on Twitch.

Yep it's brand new and still in beta form so it's best to get get it now while it's still $8. So far it took me way less time to get a stage done than I did with Paint and other similar programs.

One of the biggest advantages is that if you have a tile, you can assign it a number and use it as something like a stamp but the kicker is that if you edit that tile, any other tiles assigned to the same number will change with it.

What I did in the case of Metal Man and Clash Man was right clicked the pic in vgmaps and copied it into PyxelEdit. I would turn on the tile grid to differenciate the tiles then any time I saw a different tile, I would hold Ctrl then click on it to assign it to a number. It will show the tile as a stamp on the right hand side for later use. Since I got a pasted, I placed the numbered tile in place of the matching tile. When it is all said and done, all I got to do is color in that specific tile and the rest is history. I can also see which tiles I missed easier. I coulda used this program when I was doing Woodman's stage.

Decided to give this thread a go again now that I discovered Pyxel Edit. Added Metal Man's stage based on the pic I saw of it on GameFAQs. I might do a NES scheme version of it too but no guarantees.

I visited a friend a couple days ago and he introduced me to a new program called PyxelEdit, if you plan on making a new game and you love tiling, this is the program just for you. I'm too tired to explain all details but it's cool based on the vids I've seen of it in action.

Maybe I can finally finish some abandoned projects from a while back like the colorized MM GB maps which will be made easier with this.

Did "what's his name?" finally win a Tekken match? I came in around win number 20 and left after win number 23.

Those stages are tough. I like what I'm playing so far.

Impressive job on the game. I started off with Blast Man and he was a tough one.

I'm sold on the new DKC.

Roid Rage much? That's what I think of akuma because with infinite meter that's what he's on with that damn Misogi. I tried to beat him myself and relay the strategy to ya but failed miserably.

Mickey Mouse Castle of Illusion is coming. I loved the original version a lot and I can't wait to see what the remake is going to look like.
