I realize it's in my sig, but I figure I may as well post it here for posterity.
Here's the shooting pose I made.

Yeah well, we'll see how long it lasts before I pick up and leave again. :P

Also, I did all the colors for the weapons from MM2, and I have to say... I feel absolutely...

SEIZURE ROCKMAN GO.

Well done, what animation program did you use to animate this anyway?

Workshop/DA/YT/Photobucket なにかんがえてるの!?
So its about ass now huh? EVEN THE ASS HAS 'EXCEEDED'!

One mention of LEGENDS and everyone goes batshit.  :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

well... I use GameMaker's sprite editor to assemble the animation, then Microsoft GIF animator to edit transparency, set frame delay, loop, etc.
I think my version of GIF animator is 1.0, lol. I use GameMaker as a median between Paint and GIF animator because pasting sprites directly into GIF animator ruins the colors.

You should use Animagic or Photoshop CS4. Theyre alot more usefull and faster to use.

You know, I've seen people dislike Animagic for its functionality, but I very much prefer it because it's a simple program. And most of all, it keeps the exact colors of whatever you have, making it a useful conversion program.

Yea and not only that but you can change colors too which was alot useful for me whenever I needed to convert a sheet to correct colors.

I've never heard of animagic, I'll look it up.
I've actually got photoshop CS3, but I've never tried using it to animate something. (though I can see how it would be useful)

BUBBLEMAN.

I dunno if anyone else feels the same way, but I think Bubbleman is the biggest joke of a robot master ever. Especially among some of the other MM2 masters. Flashman can stop time, Metalman throws giant sawblades, but this guy shoots BUBBLES.

Now we need Blossomman and Buttercupman... Oh wait. I know a RM who can fit the Blossomman spot.  XD

Aaaaanyway...
Now that Bubbleman's done, the only robot master left to do is Crashman, so you can probably expect that sometime later tonight, and after that I'll be doing other poses for Megaman.

Posted on: January 04, 2010, 21:13:37
And thusly, I deliver.

Behold Crashman, trying as hard as he can to be menacing despite being so [tornado fang]ing adorable.

Crashman's interesting. He's basically a walking tank, but he's weak to wind... in other words, a stiff breeze could stop him.
Wily didn't really think his robots out very well, did he?

If he had that faceguard that was mostly for show in use (the glass object above his head), he would have another weakness, would he?

I actually think I might do some edits to Bubbleman before I continue on Megaman. I'm not entirely happy with how he turned out.

I don't know why, but the line work on these "PU styled" stuff looks very very rough. Crashman's face is especially oddly shaped. Furthermore, with the new Rock sprite, you've strayed from the intended style quite a lot.

What do you suggest I do that could make the line work look less rough?
As far as my Rock straying from the MMPU, I realize that it's a bit further from the style than my original was. Personally, I think the new Rock fits in better with my robot masters than the old one did, as they have similar body structure to my current rock, as opposed to itty bitty body style of the MMPU style.

I'm not sure quite what the issue is. But I just feel like your overall shapes are... unrefined. Might also have something to do with your odd use of selective outlining for black, though.

I can't really explain it well in words, so I'll let this image do the talking:

That looks better, yeah.
I have done the black outlining just around the outside or in certain areas to help define them better (or didn't do them in some areas to help them stand out or where I thought the detail would have been lost because of it.)
I'll see what I can do about applying what you did to the rest of them.
I also like how you shaded the visor. I wasn't quite sure how it was supposed to be shaded when viewed from the underside.
