Yeah I said that because I hear that on the Food Network a lot, especially on Chopped, and apparently it's an offense to Italians according to a quick internet search. It is apparently possible but hard to make it right it seems.

Mabel ripped a fart earlier. She's laying on the floor beside me. She was sitting there and I heard this low, rumbling frrrrt, muffled against the floor. Then... came the stink.

Good god. That was the loudest cat fart I had ever heard. It puts my nightly bed bombs to shame.

Mabel can out-fart me.

It depends on the fish. Grilled fish really does not go well with cheese. Nor does sushi. But straight up tuna fish? That's damn delicious. Tuna melts are definitely a thing. In fact, one time I had some tuna fish and just a little bit of Mac & Cheese, so I combined it and made a Tuna Mac & Cheese Melt. It was extraordinary. Perfect combination of textures. The room temp tuna fish, the heated mac & cheese, the nice crisp toasted rye w/ butter. Highly recommend this.

It also is dependent on the cheese. Salmon, for example, is pretty tasty with a nice, light cheese, like havarti or muenster, especially when it's a burger.
