all you gotta do is save the image or get a proper link ending in an image extension like you need to for your weeb forums, plug it into waifu2x, select "High" and "2x" (or 1.6x if you don't need ABSURD RES but why would you not need that) and run it and pomf your hentai is even ecchi-er

http://waifu2x.udp.jp/A tool that upscales images without artifacts, compression, etc. Very helpful, especially if you're like me and do GFX where you need high res renders, etc. Or you just want your pictures in higher resolution. Just plug a URL or upload an image, select High, and select the amount you want to upscale the image by, and you're golden. Just remember it's optimized for anime images. It doesn't work for everything.[/spoiler]
