I really love that even with the English Dub + Japanese Soundtrack setting on DBZ other than the dragon box sets they still [tornado fang]ing replace Cha-La Head-Cha-La with their shitty generic dub theme.

Like... if I wanted to listen to that (I don't) I'd use the US Music track.

I mean, I half expected all the insert songs to go away for some dumb reason but not the [tornado fang]ing OP.

The sad part is, if I switch to Japanese Voices, they're all there. Its not a rights thing or anything, they just didn't care apparently.

I remember one or two of the movie DVDs have two audio tracks, with the English having Japanese ED and the rock music OP. And some are just inconsistent in how they handle their captions. It is perplexing.

Yeah, in my DBZ watching I'm going through both the series and the Movies whenever I feel they can fit, Dead Zone went at the beginning (Had the Japanese ED but no Cha-La) Just finished World's Strongest (Which I'm watching alongside Tree of Might and Lord Slug since they don't fit very well anywhere) and the same thing is there. So perhaps it'll start righting itself from here on out, maybe not.
