When we came back from trick-or-treating, the neighborhood was still having trick-or-treating, so I sat outside with a bowl of candy on my lap and pendulum in hand.

No one came.

Hell, no one recognized me when we went trick-or-treating.

The joke was begging for me to make it. If I didn't make it, I would have to live with the shame of a missed opportunity. It would haunt me as I struggle to fall asleep, mocking me because I didn't seize the chance that was gift-wrapped and placed directly in my lap.

I had a similar situation with my sociology professor today. Ever lecture is ended with a powerpoint slide of a pug. Why? No good reason. We see a picture of a pug, the lecture's over.

Problem is, today's pug didn't have a halloween costume. He totally missed his chance. If he doesn't have a turkey pug next month I'm going to have to have words with the Sociology department.

Its always super fun to have to manually go into all my older games and fix the resolutions since the last time I played them was before I got a new monitor.

And I had to fix my quake installation since it crashed before the community overlay had a chance to start. I figured I'd make the game look nicer too, and it mostly runs well (The FPS drops to 30 in the main hub where you choose difficulty but usually runs well above 60 despite that not meaning much as my monitor can't display higher than 60.) TOO BAD IT'LL BE TOO SPOOKY AFTER EPISODE 1 THANKS TO THOSE GODDAMN FISH.

I saw you kept launching it over and over earlier while I was playing FFXIII.

I should get back to The Evil Within and Alien tomorrow too...

Yeah, gotta love games crashing!

I want to get Alien at some point, but I'll wait till its on sale.

As for FF13, 60 GB is just too big of a footprint.

I bought an extra 1TB HDD just for the sake of holding my games so it could've been 80GB and I'd have been like "Eh, whatever."
