(Might be a remnant. Just because the head honcho is brought down doesn't mean that everyone disbanded. Much like after the Emperor was defeated, there were still pockets of Imperial activity, and many leaders had moved in to fill in the power vacuum.)

But they are all still orange... 4 sounded female... The other 2 male... One of the males said... Mewtwo is is fully grown... Trials should start... The other male said too much money wasted... Must destroy..."

Taylor recognized the descriptions of all the scientists from Team Flare, but as far as she knew Xerosic was the sole male scientist. The four ladies with questionable attire for science-y stuff and Xerosic... who was the sixth person?

Sakura debated on whether she should outright say that she knew who the people were, especially the unknown person but felt it would probably be better if Mr. Zoroark described it himself to the therapist.
