So, obviously Mr. Zoroark and Runaway are in need of some psychiatric help, so I was toying with the idea of bringing in a hypnotherapist, like the one Domino used (offscreen) to recover her memories. Basically a therapist with a Hypno (don't worry, it's board certified), which could be used to help get more clues to Wily's location without being so invasive as Runaway's mind scan.

As for where the hypnotherapist came from, that can be handwaved as Sycamore sending a local over. The therapist could work with Mr. Zoroark and help get Runaway out of his funk.

Found the hypnotherapist's name, Dr. Ladis. Older woman, graying hair, glasses, and in possession of an older Hypno. For added fun, that Hypno has seen Joe before.
