Oh my god the impossible has happened. That episode in the anime that was postponed because of a ship crash is actually going to air. If only they could have done that for the Team Rocket vs Team Plasma arc.

I went into town today wearing my Hypno cosplay (sans mask and left the pendulum at home).

It is rainy and dreary and I feel like crap, so I thought that I'd at least dress sunny and mustardy.

*still need to hatch that egg backlog and get that other egg and hatch it and start breeding a different starter before I have to pay a fortune to get the Pokemon out of the Daycare.*

...Wow. Digitigrade does not work for Purrloin. And her tail-swishing is about to knock her over. She looks like she's struggling to keep standing!

It's a weird contrast because this is how Purrloin looks in Black and White.

That does look... bizarre. Purrloin looks so... unwieldy standing on hind legs. The body type doesn't work.

Chimchar, on the other hand... I do like the dancing.

I mean granted I think in the Anime it did stand on 2 legs too but it looked fine, I think it's because the sprite looks taller than Purrloin should be.

In my quest of my on going quest to get a Shiny Vulpix I started Wonder Trading some of the Vulpix I got, primarily the ones with Flash Fire. One of the trades was a Walrein, easily one of the most random Pokemon that I could have gotten.

EDIT: HOLY [tornado fang]ing [parasitic bomb] WONDER TRADE GAVE ME A SHINY [tornado fang]ing LUXRAY!

That person trained her pretty well too, her level 70 with Guts with a Toxic Orb for a hold item and has her EV's in Speed and Attack. The Nature is Jolly and her moves were Night Slash, Wild Charge, Fire Fang and Ice Fang. She also has Pokerus.

The only thing is that She's Female and her name is Beck, kind of weirds me out a bit.

But I really do hope you succeed in getting that Shiny Shinx someday, you've been using the Masuda method right?

Actually I haven't tried in a while cause I've been working on getting a full Pokedex so I can get the Shiny Charm and that's taking a while so yeah.

Heh, that trainer will end up in the same therapy group, joining the trainer who traded me Pepita the Shiny lvl 100 Arcanine.

Hmm yeah looking at the egg moves of that Luxray the person had to have chain bred it at least twice if he used a father with Ice Fang and Fire Fang and another father for Night Slash I'm more convinced the person traded Beck by accident. Oh well, I'll take care of her now.

Pepita has two Egg Moves as well.

Her original trainer's name is Hyllian. What's Beck's OT? That'd be weird if we both got Shinies from the same person. Did they happen to have a message saying "SHAYMIN PLS" or something?

X-Player, I doubt it would've have been the same player considering how popular Pokemon is and how many people actually try to get the Pokemon the way they wanted it.

Hm. I'm guessing either they were trying to get a Legendary and thought that trading a really good Pokemon would do it, they're really generous, or it was a mistake.

If they were trading for a Legendary they would use the GTS, which is actually kind of reasonable depending on the person unlike the person who wants to trade like a Level 1 Budew for *insert random Legendary here*

I was going to say that I don't understand how anyone can trade a Pokemon by accident, and then I accidentally traded my only male Sneasel (I have others, but they're all female).

Rargh.

Anywho, I traced my mutant Hypno's family tree. It's technically more of a family shrub. With interlocking branches.

GOOD GOD THE INBREEDING

I'd really, really, really hate to see a chain-bred Pokemon's family tree of interlocking branches.

You know I think the reason I get a bit bored with Pokemon Amie is that there's not enough you can do with your Pokemon. Can't give them a bath, can't play fetch, can't make them our own Poke Puffs. I mean the mini games are fun, but it gets tedious.
