I noticed that EasyMac became easier. You used to have to boil the water before putting it in the cup, IIRC. And is it just me, or are those elbow macaronis sickly looking? They look like Voldemort's skin until you mix the cheese powder in.

Not as terrible as you'd think. The cheese flavor dominates, so that's pretty much all you taste.

My copy on VHS snapped, and I didn't even care. Better that than a good Kurt Russel movie. Escape from NY? Escape from LA? Big Trouble in Little China? I'd be so sad to have to hunt those down again.

Hey now, I thought the movie was enjoyable.  The series is hit or miss (mostly miss) for me, but I enjoyed the movie.  Thanks to Stargate, I started really getting into mask-making and costuming.

I found a great Stove Top Mac & Cheese recipe on Food Network.com

I've put sour cream into mac and cheese.  Oh, and broccoli is a good ingredient.  And who doesn't like bread crumbs as a topping?  There are also different types of cheeses and substitutes for the milk and/or butter.  I've used blue cheese salad dressing once, with some nice results.  Also, Dijon mustard can give the dish a nice kick.

I'd definitely put some horseradish derivative in there. Or I should say, I definitely will at some point.
