See, one of the producers for Marvel VS Capcom 3 gave reasons for Megaman's exclusion from the game that were such bullshit that they were non-reasons. First Mega would have to be changed too much to fit into MvC3 (I dunno, MvC1-2 Mega seemed fine...), then he wouldn't have anything but the Megabuster and thus would have no variety?

What, you couldn't get permission to use the Captain N version of him, at least?

A lot of people are taking this to mean that Capcom has lost faith in the Blue Bomber, or that internal politics are preventing his inclusion. I dunno what's going on here, but they gave us non-reasons--not a good sign.

* Angelfire changed its layout, making it impossible (or at least much more difficult) to do any site searches through Lycos. Oh, and I found this out JUST as I was going to see if there was any old fanon I missed. THANKS, ANGELFIRE.

Oh, and none of the other webhosts that I looked up have search functions outside their Support areas. So now I have no idea how to look for old fanon (or Megaman or any series) unless I'm supposed to do that through Google. Which I'm probably supposed to.

* Old news, but Dokuganryu was closed, and now it's next to impossible to find any Megaten artbook scans. And it's not coming back, either. And the Wayback Machine is of no help whatsoever.

I've never tried drawing furries before nor am I an expert in how animals are meant to look like but they look good to me~ And the bilby is cute. So there. (Hey, isn't that an Australian animal?)

That redheaded bat and her friends stumbled upon Rock at random, and decided to ask him...something.

Some important things to know about furries/anthros in (fanon) RS-MM:

* They are not "physically compatible" with humans or regular animals. (That goes double for anthro-fish)

* Gender dimorphism in anthros is determined by what it's like for their animal counterparts. (This is done to avoid Non-Mammal Mammaries, so no giant fox tits)

* Until somewhat recently (around the 70s or 80s), anthros tried to live separately from humans in order to avoid prejudice. Didn't work.

* They have the same rights as humans. There was some debate over that, since there were many people who couldn't wrap their heads around the whole "non-human =/= automatically non-sentient" thing.

Oh, and that dog's the only male in the bat's group. And if I ever draw that butterfly girl again, her wings'll probably be solid blue.
