Spear Man for those that wanna see it right here...

Name: Spear Man

Designation: DW2N-022 Robot Master

Weapon Get: Spear Rain

Other weapons: Spear Nun-chunks, Spear Stab, Spinning Deflect

Background: Yamato Man was rather successful during his run (I'm refering to the RM6 manga here, he gave Rockman the most intense fight in the whole manga). So, DWII decided to build on the basic concept, and Spear Man was born.
Spear Man is more forminable with tougher armour, and a double-speared weapon.
His main weapon, Spear Rain, allows him to summon a rain of spear heads down onto his opponents, piercing them multiple times. Spear Rain is especially effective against armoured opponents. His other weapons include Spear Nun-chucks, where he can separate his double-speared weapon into a pair of spear-tipped nun-chucks. By spinning these nun-chunks rapidly, he can deflect buster shots (Spinning Deflect), or jumping into the air to summon Spear Rain. He can also thrust his weapon into his opponents (Spear Stab).

Character: Basically the same as Yamato Man, with a warrior spirit. Honourable too.

Weakness: Rather tough armour... And his weapon can pierce through armour... Maybe blow them back at him... Aero Tornado...

And here's the Master Weapon.
You get... SPEAR RAIN!

You get this weapon from Spear Man. Megaman jumps into the air, and rains down multiple spear heads onto the opponent. This can only be used while Megaman is in a jump.

I remember this robot concept. I think I'm the one who came up with spear rain idea, iirc.

Hmm...I say spoiler tags. It's more easy, that way we only need to click the tag to see it and not wait for other web page to load. And of course, you save space in case its a long bio's

Spear man as it is is Yamato Man Mk II, a Greek warrior-like RM would've added more flavor. I challenge you to do another iteration in the next RM series...Phalanx Man mayhaps?

Looks cool, but it lacks some uniqueness, but that is what you would get, if you create three robot masters of Napalm Man design.
