Batman Returns (SNES)

I'm just curious if you've played it...

Batman Returns:
- He looks like he's wearing a suit of armor, design doesn't suit him.
- Basically, Streets of Rage clone without the quality of the original.
- Music's good, but gets quite repetitive.
- Final boss is dissapointing.
- Catwoman isn't as sexy as she deserves to be.

Oh dear GOD.

- Jumping is wonky.
- Eversion only being able to be done in parts you're not even aware of is kinda stupid.
- Cheap mechanics in the creepy dimension.
- Some sprites are pretty bad.
- Good end is bad, bad end is good.

Doing this one, leaving the other two for whoever wants to do them. I need to study now, exam tomorrow.

Wario Land 3:
- Getting all of the upgrades seems kinda boring, compared to Wario Land 2, where you had most at the start.
- Certain puzzles where you have to use forms for a purpose can get seriously frustrating.
- No treasures to collect like in WL1 and 2.
- No longer being able to temp save in a level after you've finished the main game.
- No Captain Syrup. ;_;

Yeah... this is pretty much why I haven't contributed a title. I don't really deem any game perfect, and whatever might be close enough to my tastes has most likely been mentioned.

Afraid so. I mean, the scene still starts out the same way as it did before, so I guess it's somewhat sensible... aside from the fact that it did kind of defeat the purpose of the whole final act of the game.

I kinda think the game stands out on its own. It shouldn't have had a sequel in the first place anyway. Anyway, nitpicking:

Dead Rising:
- Gotta dress sharp... EVERYTHING IS CROSSDRESSING
- This purse goes well with my dress BUT IT PROVIDES NO DAMAGE AT ALL
- Want to be Megaman? Have fun tunnel-grinding.
- No infinite mode just to have fun in the game with our entirely levelled-up character.
- Vehicles BREAK. WHY?

- Main char's design hits a balance between sci-fi and steampunkish without ever being attractive.
- Saw the ending coming at miles away.
- Energy bar is in the dude? Makes it hard to see sometimes.
- Game's a bit too dark to be played in certain TVs.
