I'm trying to curb the fantasy in my head.

My imagination gets a little strong when I'm sleeping so unless I kill it before it gets too out of hand I find myself having difficulties getting up in the morning.

Dreams, usually based off of whatever I'm playing.

Those tended to be the cause of the start of my waifufagging honestly, so in order to curb it I just have to terminate involvement in the dream and it usually stops so I can wake up.
