27 if I position all of the portraits below, or 29 if I use the space between Vixy and PB too.

After downloading the second batch of DLC, the character select changes to the one below, but with everything colored
The characters added in this expansion are: Milen, RMX, and King Reaper with its 3 forms. The portraits are now realigned to not leave any holes in the screen.
Other included features for this expansion:
-Story mode has been expanded to include DLC characters
-More minigames
-More challenges in Challenge mode
All of this for $10, I swear they were not in the disc already, you can check the code yourself.

The rest of the characters will be added when Borock finishes drawing everyone, and yes, there was a story, minigame, and challenge mode, you guys just never asked about it

Story: It is a peaceful and crazy day in RPM as usual, and everyone is doing their usual activities. Suddenly, a blimp passes through the sky announcing a ping pong tournament sponsored by a mysterious organization, with the prize being $1,000,000. Everyone is excited and rushes to either register or buy tickets for the event. However, no one suspects of the evil motives behind this tournament...
I don't have much more than that, so if someone wants to expand on it please do, just remember that [spoiler]Sparky is behind everything.[/spoiler]
Arcade: Fight 6 opponents chosen at random and win this tournament!
VS: Who is better at this game? You or your friend? Fight to the death (not really) in this mode and find out!
Online: No explanation needed here.
Challenge: Do you think your a pro at this game? Well finish this modes challenges and then we'll see about that.
Minigame: Need a break from all of the ping pong action? Well this is the perfect place to rest! With over 15 minigames you're not going to leave this mode bored.
Options: No explanation needed for this either.
