I'm gonna be honest. Proud Mode is easy.
Just skillfully use Slide and do some jump-slashing. Gather up some Potions if you really need them and use Aqua D.Link for Cura. Keep a long distance from enemies or bosses, Lock-On (L+R), then hit them when you see an opening. You can't lose on boss fights this way, unless you end up as bad as the live streamers back in January (dying 20-30 times on the first few bosses). o.o;
If you beat Critical Mode on KH2FM and Proud Mode on 358/2 Days, this one is in the bag. x3
The Deck building in the game is easy to jump into. Next to the abilities, you can see a bar. When it fills up, it will go up a level (sounds familiar? AP should give you a hint). When it's max level, it will have a crown which means it's Mastered. Next to some abilities, you will gain passive abilities, like Libra/Scan that shows Enemy HP. You can collect more of the same abilities, and you can sell those in the Moogle Shop. Raise them to max level and you will get more profit. It's very basic and you get used to it quick. You can equip 3 abilities/spells/items, but you can equip more later. Select them in battle with the D-pad (Up or Down) and use with the Triangle button. D.Link shows up if you press Right on the D-Pad. There's another spot in the Deck building menu where you can equip action skills like Slide, Reflect Guard and so on. Jump takes over one of the slots, so you can't remove it. >v<;
I like how the game gives you the choice to play at 222 or 333 processing power in Config. And change between 16-Bit or 32-Bit Color Mode.
Kingdows Harts XP, anyone?
