COLORED PIC
Redesign and coloring of the first character drawn for that fighter I have in mind.
Bizarre Brawlers is supposed to be a wierd, slightly comical, but dark in some parts, type of game. Therefore, it's characters must be a cartoony.
That's why I changed Urey into what you see before you.
This pic took me about 2 days (about 8 to 12 hours a day) to finish, mostly because I was trying to fnd a way to make the lines smoother withouth the use of brushes or lines.
Sadly, I couldn't find any other way (at least in Paint.Net) so I had to settle with the lines, which made it look like I had drawn this pic in a Flash Program.
At first I didn't like it, but once I got around coloring it, it seemed to fit with wath I was going for.
As you can see above, the artstyle/coloring will be celshaded. Kinda gives it a cartoon blended with action feeling, or something like that...actually I did it because I thought it would be stylish.
Expect redesigns for the other characters in the near future.

Urey is a young man cursed with the unholy gift of Immortality. He cannot age, nor can he die, and he also had a strange effect on people around him. Every time he hurts himself (or tries to atleast) all the damage he sustains is received by the closest living being within a 5 meters of him.
Urey had experienced a terrible thing in his youth, hhis one adoly companion in the world had been killed before his eyes, something like that made him want to commit suicide, however, something placed a curse on him before he could thrust his knife into his own head. Though he stabbed himself, he did notbleed, nor did he feel pain, ad he was very much alive. However, the person who was closest to him died instantly, a deep wound appeared on the left side of hishead. Panicking, Urey ran and hid himself somewhere in the city, his knife still in his hand. He spent the rest of his da trying to find out what had happened that day, still mourning over the terrible event before he had unintentionally killed that man. He also owns a pawn shop somewhere in the city.
One day, Urey had heard rumors of a tournament in wich the winner's wish can be realized. Urey knew this was his chance to find out moreabout that day. According to the rumors, there was only 3 months left before the tournament officially stareted. Urey dedicated those three long months to train himself with the fighting style ofhis long lost friend, as well as a fighting style of his own. He will be sure to reach his goal, no one will stand in his way find out the truth. [/spoiler]
