Scar is the Guardian and Black Hand is the BL equivalent to Ion/Parallax/Predator, so yes. Nekron definitely fits that bill.

Yeah, I was more referring to the Black Lanterns that were not previously members of another Lantern Corps.  Save for the former/dead Lanterns, the high majority of other Black Lanterns never create constructs.

Also, While it may have been former Lanterns who made constructs, wouldnt that ability correspond to their previous ring, not themselves?

I more meant the Herald/Black Hand character of the RPM Black Lantern Corps is unknown at this time.

Actually, the ability does correspond to the individual.  From what we've seen, not everyone can be a Lantern Corps member, for any Corps.  Some do not have the willpower to create constructs.

If there's a dead Shadow Devil and you reanimate it, I don't see why you can't have one.  Reanimate one of the Devils of which Wily stole the identity.

I use like a Red Latern the own blood, but my method of using it is more practical. I can crystiallize it to a black armour and to a red lightfulled Crystalblade, which cuts through everything.
