Her name is Kirisaki Robin, friend of Nancy and Sharna. She's a mechanic/inventor/scientist and she's the one who usually taking care of Nancy's gun. Her right arm is fake. It also works as a secret weapon and toolbox.

I've taken the effort to quote this for my leisure and for my fellow Gentlemen as well. Yes, it would indeed seem she is an inventor. Though, her dress style seems to resemble ninja indeed, she is most definitely a scientist of some sort. We are most intrigued.

I would also like to give a late congratulations to Borock on his big 150k. Keep up the excellent work, good sir.
