Mortal Kombat: Annihilation?  I have that on tape somewhere.  Basically, half-way through the movie does a plot actually show up. 

The soundtrack kicked ass, that's for sure.  I have the soundtracks to both movies.

At least Street Fighter: The Movie was so amazingly bad that it turned into amazingly awesome. Not to mention that Raul Julia carried the entire movie along with Van Damme's incredible one liners and inability to act.
