I'd say this is related to the Classic Series more than General Gaming...

SO, did anyone played it? Is it fun?

I accidentally found it today, and I'm playing through some stages.
There are 3 games on the serie.

It was made with Gamemaker, along with 2 sequels.

I've played 2 and 3. Mr. Damaged (the creator; not his real handle, but that's how I refer to him) is/was working on a fourth--he asked me to create two bosses for that installment, and so I gave them to him. Nothing's come of it, though...

when you think of it, aside from looks there's no real difference between a metool and base Rockman.

Yet epic.

Wouldn't you give half of your soul to play any X game as a X-based sprite modified Green Biker Dude?

So I played Hard Hat 2. It's pretty awesome. Basically Mega Man got replaced by a Metool sprite and moves within custom stages.

But it's fun as hell.

I played these a while back, they were fun twists to the Rockman games.

You're Sh***n me, right? Does the spyware happens during game play, or just on the site? o_O

Also, shouldn't this go under fan creations? Possible he didn't make it, but still, just talking about the game should go there?

When I went to install the program, my Anti Virus kicked in and told me it stopped the installation of the keylogger. I did install the game just fine, but the little package that was lumped in with it didn't make it through thankfully.

Odd. I never had a problem with that (and yes, I have and have had internet security software running).

Then again, I downloaded these ages ago. I'm thinking the files may have just gotten infected from hacking.

The third one has a RM named TORNADO MAN! WTF? That one uses X-series music though. Fun to play though. Hard as well too.

I onced tried those hard hat games before along time ago, but i can never really play them. If i recall, the keyboard setup is all totally reversed similiar to how the controls were screwed up for the gamecube version of mm anniversary collection. And that the program does not give you any options whatsoever to change the keyboard setup, and that's why i didn't ever bother playing, and it really didn't run well on my computer anyways either....

That's a problem I have with games, if there isn't a way to completely change the controls to my standards, I can't play it.
I don't know if there's another version of Rockman 7 FC that allows control scheme setup, but the one I tried had some controls that were very displeasing.
