Oh I'm fine at interviews. It's just the whole process that I dislike. The "why do you want this job" question is such bullshit. Why do I want this job? Because we live in a society were goods and services are obtained via monetary currency. Or, in other words, CAUSE I NEED [tornado fang]ing MONEY TO SURVIVE!

And I've put it off because I actually really like my job. It just doesn't pay enough for me to live comfortably, and I have zero benefits.

Speaking of cars, I'm thinking of buying one.

Quickman

I always screw up that stupid question because I answer it as brutally honest as I can.  Why do I want that job?  Uh, because I need money, duh.

I am the interview fail.

And today, I woke up with a very sore back.  It's only just now starting to let up.

Amatiramisu

I got to sleep in today so I'm actually in a good mood for once. Yay.

Kit

Today was mixed bag but its getting better.
A friend said they'd pick me up for lunch and didn't. So another day without money again since I was going to pick up my check.
on the upside I have an interview for a stay at home job doing customer service! Hooray!

they dont think it be like it is but it do

Today was rough and busy.
So many patients needed x rays and MRIs.
Dumb ass doctors don't know dick about scheduling!
We can only handle so many patients at a time.
At least working full time at a hospital is good money with excellent benefits so can't really complain too much.

You're an MRI technician?
Not yet.
I do all the patient transport , the paperwork, set up the coils,  do the patient assessment, make sure they had their meds if they're claustrophobic, and everything else that isn't operating the terminal haha.

Although I actually do know how to set up the views and slices for the image.

I'm basically the ultimate slave for the actual MRI tech.

Protoman Blues

Ahhh okay. Is that what you're going for?

Cherrykorock

I'm definitely thinking about it.
Problem is that you need to go to a 2 year school for the license and school is expensive haha.

Not only that but getting a full time job as a tech in the health system I work for is hard as hell.

The money however is excellent.
The tech I work for makes like 40 an hour at least.

The only thing I'm sure of is that I really love helping people.

Protoman Blues

Yeah, I know the techs get a good amount of money for that.

Mirby

Well it was going okay, even got paid today.

Then my PTSD was triggered, leaving me emotionally exhausted. So I tried to use $20 of what I got today to get some medicine to relax and that was stolen by some dickwad, which caused even more stress and now I'm in both physical and emotional pain, which is never fun.

Just enjoy yourself, don't complain about everything

Quickman

My day started off with Dad calling me to tell me some bullshit that Mom told him, so I had to clarify that what she said was, as usual, misconstrued from whatever Ringman talked to her about, as I haven't spoken to her in a while.

Then, I went down to the store and got a roll of quarters.

Then, I came back and was getting ready to start a load of laundry when my half-brother called because he was in the area and asked if I'd like to come over.  I said sure and brought my laundry, and we also packed up Mabel and brought her.

Mabel's outside catting around.  I'm going to soon settle down to sleep.  Tomorrow, we dye Easter eggs, and I'll be tweaking Hypno's moveset and taking him through the Battle Maison for a bit, and then practice with my chucks.

Yep.  Brought them with me.

Kit

I had a job interview today and well...
..I AM GOING TO BE WORKING FOR MICROSOFT.
Customer service but...yeah!

they dont think it be like it is but it do

Quickman

Do you have to go into an office, or can you work from home?

I may consider getting into customer service if so.

In the meantime, I wore my evo-hoodie to the store.

Face to face or over the phone customer service? Either way congratulations!

Phi

I'd probably be terrible at face-to-face customer service, in that I'd get pissed off at the customer quite easily. My sis told us so many stories about the dumb questions people ask when she did customer service.

You know, I thought I would be too.

But you know its actually not too bad, over the phone would be hell for me though since I can't really do phone calls.

Kit

Today was a pretty good day I MADE ART TODAY WOO

they dont think it be like it is but it do

Archer

Unexciting.

Like every other day.

Quickman

Decent day.  Nice counter to the freakin' last few weeks of Darth Real Life's shenanigans.  Seriously sick of that Sith.

I went into town and got a few things, came back and identified a moth, started my laundry, and I plan to just settle in for the rest of the evening.  Planning on watching JLU.
