I was lucky. I had a close encounter with a certain someone tonight...

And the name was Death.

I was taking one of my friends home and this car ran a stop sign and hit me in the side. Luckily, no one was hurt.

Thank the Lord!

Was the driver intoxicated? Or just not paying attention? Either way, it's a good thing no one was injured.

I have come to the conclusion this afternoon that I hate Lane Bryants bras and I will be tearing them a new one tomorrow. Basically, the underwire broke (This is the fourth or fifth time it's happened) and the metal piece drew blood. It was not a pleasant experience.  X(

Woke up, did Mourning Routine, etc. Onto school. First was Math, in which we continued doing some worksheets on factoring and expanding Trinomials & Binomials. Fun stuff. In Careers we continued/finished watching the film October Sky. In Programming I continued working on my Summative and made a fair bit of progress in it. Lunch in the Music Room as always. Science we spent the first half doing a sheet on Food Chains, second half we watched a video on the many millions of organisms living on and inside us. History we spent about 3/4 of playing a game of Jeopardy on Canada's History from 1900-1945. My team won thanks to me. Upon getting ready to head home, I discovered that my Lock had broke and won't close all the way. Hooray.

Now onto the bit that was of most significance: I got my Second Term Report Card today; My Grade Average was 87.5%

I'm disappointed.

Well, he wasn't intoxicated, I think he just wasn't paying attention.

Today I spent my time wasting away doing nothing but play Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 before my only class that was supposed to be on Mondays. Now I'm here. Hooray. B(

Typical unproductive Saturday.

The highlight of it was probably when a guy on IRC asked me if I could think of any anime that has loli. Fun stuff.

Ditto to that for me.  Aside from the loli anime.

Well, I went to the zoo today, recorded a lot of the stuff I saw on my camera, and got the supplies I need to start working on a very specific cosplay, which I will reveal come either next year or towards the end of the summer.

Yesterday:
Well, I woke up, and had to use the bathroom, ended up slipping and falling down the last three steps to my stairs. Mostly fine aside from my left leg being sore. Drew some, went to work, and on the drive back I had to dodge a raccon, a skunk, a bunny, and at least twenty deer. o.o What was it with the wildlife!?

I mostly went out for a drive to college and back, for registration. Then I headed to Comp. USA and afterwards I ate at Checkers. Afterward I came back and used the bathroom at least twice before getting on. That's how it went. :\

Yep, every time when someone mentions that game people get energized for an apparent reason whatsoever. It's like this everywhere else, trust me.

It got really messy to find my sprite and comic topic, so it's in my sig.

Well, I had a horrible day at work, but getting out of the house for a little while and forum shenanigans have made up for it.  Here's hope for a better day tomorrow.

12 hour shift, finally getting off from work and making a pit stop at Best buy to buy some goodies (check latest buys) and finally going home to sleep. Stomach hurts as always due to my condition but nothing out of the ordinary.
Eyelids closing as I"m writing this. lol.

Morning routine, nothing worth noting in this bit. First period was Business. Got back a Unit Test I hadn't studied for.. got 81%. Spent the rest of the class watching some video about Entrepreneurs (our next unit). Second period was English. In that, we went way off topic as  always and first discussed Curling and the Olympics, and by the end were talking about the many procedures a woman may have to go through when giving birth. Third period was Programming, which we had an awesome substitute teacher in. I also finished up my summative of that class. Lunch, talked with friends, etc. Fourth period was Drama.. nothing really unusual happened. Last was Science in which we did a note first half and the second, watched an episode of I Shouldn't Be Alive. Got home, on here, etc.

Overall: Unproductive day, but in a good way.

Fairly normal day aside from one thing.

I brought myself a new car. ^_^ Well, it's used but it's new to me!

An '05 Pontiac G6 in excellent condition. Automatic locks, power seats, power windows, remote starter, sun roof, 6 disc cd changer.... it is freaking epic and a hell of a lot nicer then the deathtrap that was my Grand Am. *bounces around happily*

Today's trip to Pittsburgh was foggy.  Pretty, though.  Very pretty.  The mountains were just enshrouded by fog.  The turnpike, on the other hand, was some of the most terrifying highway experiences ever.  The turnpike towards Philadelphia wasn't too bad, the but the stretch near Pittsburgh?  Good god, it's gotten worse from what I remember.  If you're not insane for wanting to drive on it, you'll be begging for your own padded room at the asylum afterward!

Up in the mountains, though, we saw a large number of adult entertainment places.  Just the single solitary shack out in the boonies.  Hillbilly smut.  Not sure what was up about that.

Congrats DW.  :D

I don't suppose that "metal death trap" is from 1973 or 1974 would it? Otherwise, I'd like to take it off your hands. ^-^

ninja edit- There's numbers under my post and it's my IP address!? Why is that? Anyway to remove it? Should I be worried?  :\

Thanks. XD My old car was a '95, and not in the best condition at all. I had it traded in so more money could go down on it when I got the G6.

I actually got out of the house for once.  8U

So, first thing I actually did was went to a spanish resturant titled "Yucatan", following a trip to Wal-Mart, BJ's, and another Wal-Mart. The usual, nothing much. That's how I got my copy of TvC and some marbles there. I was filled from the "King Crab" dish, good stuff. Later I had some popcorn and a pretzel (along with a frozen drink) at a BJ's, following a long drive due to traffic home.

That pretty much sums up my inactivity.
