I agree with this. I like the idea that Roger, even with all we know about him and his legacy already, still has such a foothold in almost every aspect of the sea's legends all while never revealing enough about his actual ability.

In other news, I hate you Acid. Now I am fully caught up with One Piece and hype won't let me wait for more chapters to accumulate so I can enjoy a long read again.

In other news, I wonder if separating the Straw Hat's was something that had to happen this time around. Like, I'm here kinda wondering to myself if it was either a godsend for the crew members, since a lot of them aren't up to par with Luffy, Zoro & Sanji, or if they could have actually been helpful in this war to some extent.

Or maybe it was done so that the pirate team coming from Impel Down wouldn't seem too overpowered?

It definitely seems to be done to develop everyone a bit more and delve into aspects of the settings. Franky and Robin's scenario seem very important. Can't wait till we see Vegapunk one of these days.

You should at least watch the "filler" about the crew's whereabouts, it gives more details about what happened to the (except Usopp)
