Yes they do, Ace. I don't remember where I read it, but I do remember Ace saying something along the lines of "our mother". They are also both the son of Monkey D. Dragon, but Ace hates his father, so he took his mother's name instead of his father's.

Well, according to the latest chapter this is no longer the case.

Unless Dragon is Gold Roger. Which might as well be.
