This comes from the doujin artist behind the character design for Eifer Skute from Rosenkreuzstilette ~Freudenstachel~ and a bunch of h-doujins, one of them being the Rosenkreuzstilette h-doujin he released about a year ago. He also did the coverart for an arrangement of Triggerheart Exelica's soundtrack by Masahiro Kajihara. http://vgmdb.net/album/9906

My favorite LoL character FINALLY got a REAL skin. Not a goofy joke not everyone will get- And not just a recolor. But an actual new skin. Bout [tornado fang]ing time. But man does it look pretty cool.
