I change backgrounds almost as often as my Avatars. Someone needs to invent a rotator background for windows, like Macs have.

What I'd like to see with all this goings on is layered APNG support.
We don't even have single layered animataion support. I vaguely remember getting a GIF running on 95 though.

If decoding the PNG info is too much, we can just have RGBA BMPs or something with frames inside a single file, like ABMP.
