So far so good on Windows 10. Not having that problem Windows 8/8.1 had with older DirectX (DirectX 7 or lower if it was playable) games where the frame-rate was cut in half for whatever reason, and liking the Windows Store games are playable in windowed mode.

Still debating on upgrading. I've seen posts that say my scanner driver will be supported, but I'll only know for sure once I upgrade.

Also, even though I've had some experience with Win10, I find it to be clunky. The UI has too much of 8 in it for my liking.

If you're not using anything that requires a workaround to function, go for it? Really, the only thing holding me back is my scanner.

Classic Shell is your friend. It's totally free unlike other paid alternatives, flexible features, and you can customize Start Menu's links and look. You can totally make it feel like Windows 7 again. There is another annoyance that 10 has with the smaller icons on the Taskbar though another free program I'm using called 7+ Taskbar Tweaker can fix that. I'll probably post a screenshot of my desktop once I get my theme set up.

I think Snowball may have a sort of lice, I know it's not fleas, ticks, or mites, but it could be lice. Problem is that her fur is white so it's hard to see the eggs, but I did see a tiny skinny brown thing crawling around and she's suffering some irritation.

Whatever it is it's my Dad's fault, he has had a current obsession with letting Snowball outside almost everyday for some god foresaken reason because he think it's funny or something. It really annoys the hell out of me but I can't watch her 24/7.

Man, Professor is another DS series I'm way behind on along with Ace Attorney and Pokemon. The for the new Layton games looks awesome.
