He told us 2 months ago and we're obviously keeping it a secret from his girlfriend.  We haven't told my dad either since he always talks [parasitic bomb] about here and her family, even though he hasn't even met the latter.  So it's not something we talk about often.  I mean I knew it was coming up, I just forgot the exact date of when he was going to do it.

It's a mentally ill bipolar misogyny thing.  She's completely white and so is her family so no racism there.   But yeah he gets salty about every little thing because he's bipolar, and bipolar people tend to get obessive a lot, with a dash of paranoia.  Especially with his bitchy ex wife situation he never got over.

Like for example he's convinced our neighbors are homosexual, even though I'm pretty sure they are a wife and husband with kids.

But yeah to his world view everything is frightening to him because he was born in 1950 where America's main concern was to try to act perfect to cover up real problems and the Great Depression, so I pity him because he is unable to understand because he has so many things going against him.  Not to mention he still has that mentality that Women should be submissive, my brother's girlfriend is very outspoken so that unerves him because he's so mentally messed up.  It also affects his ability to control his money, both his bipolar manic depression and growing up during the Great Depression.

So it's a combination of his mental illness and the environment he was raised in.  Keep in mind he is not a Trump supporter while the rest of his family, especially my Grandma, are Trump supporters so it's more of a learned behavior than an actual belief. 

But he'll just bark for a while but he won't do anything drastic, it's just going to be a headache when we tell him and we're trying to delay it as much as possible because the later we tell him the shorter the time he can complain.  If we tell him as soon as possible he'll just complain longer.

No, I held a legless lizard.  Different anatomy than a snake.  Legless lizards have longer tails (snake tails are short) and they have eyelids.  Some species will have vestigial limbs.

They did have snakes and I held a snake, but I also held a legless lizard.

Depends on the species, but most can only regrow their tails.  One of the lizards had lost its leg below the knee and it's not growing back.
