Oh, I'm not really into RTS games.

It's specifically the sci-fi sibling of the original Warcraft RTS games, which of course spawned World of Warcraft and that helped spread MMOs. The original Warcraft was also the root of the Defence of the Ancients mod, which has become the hulking MOBA genre through its successors in recent years. What I'm basically saying is that everything is Blizzard's fault.

Yeah and the original Starcraft is seen as somewhat archaic by today's standards since you can only control 12 units at a time.  I do want to play the games someday though, but I think I would play Pikmin first.
