Cameron is the mentally challenged little twat who thought the Unova Conference was in Ecruteak, only needed 7 badges to qualify and only brought 5 Pokemon to a 6 Vs 6 match! The only reason that little [parasitic bomb] won was because his Riolu evolved at the very last minute to get the vitctory!
I mean yes Ash's Unova team was absolutely terrible, but when you lose to an idiot like that it makes it seemed that the writers didn't give a [parasitic bomb]!
That's why X and Y is so much better even though the status quo was endorsed it was a very close match and we have an actual story and plot arc unlike the gong show that was BW. I mean Sinnoh had a lot of problems too, and was way too filler heavy, but I didn't feel like it took the anime into a blender and [parasitic bomb] out absolute crap. Ash losing to a troll with Legendaries is much less offensive than losing to a complete imbecile.
