Yeah these look pretty good, thanks for the recommendation.  My mom also had a decent manga drawing book that didn't look like it was made by an amateur webcomic artist.

The bulk of the books on my shelf include Anatomy for the Artist, a couple Chris Hart books (one came with class materials, the other is a good noir book), various genre-specific books, books on perspective, pose reference books, a DC digital art book, digital painting book, comic book design, artist books (from manga to sci-fi, from Chris Achilleos to Alex Ross, HR Giger to Drew Struzan, movie art books), animation books, and my well-worn Drawing Comics the Marvel Way book.

But yeah that Manga Book has things from normal Manga looking style, Chibis and fantastif creatures, monsters, and robots.

Oh, in the Anatomy for Fantasy Artists book, there's a section for goblin anatomy.  That's what I used for Prof. Cuddles.

Pema I tend to base around the child anatomy in that book.

Elephant/Swan/Fly/Ivy Hybrid is probably one of the tamer ones there.

They're literally a GC controller. It works with other games because the bongos are just mapped to GC buttons. I played Sonic Heroes with them once. (Not to say I got anywhere with it but still.)
