Yeah you should get some rest ASAP if possible.
If I thought I could, I would. Dumb as it sounds it's rare for me to actually
sleep. I mean, I can rest, but I'm never completely
out like I should be. I'm the only person I know that's entirely awake and coherent from the moment I get out of bed in the morning. If I tried to go to sleep now, I'd just spend the next....what, 10 hours or so just laying in the dark wishing it was morning so I could do stuff.
This happens more often than you'd think. I'll burn the candle at both ends for a couple of months, fall apart because I really don't pay much attention to things like food or sleep, then slowly claw my way back to whatever passes as normal for me. Give it a day or two and I'll be fine.
Your concern is appreciated, though.
