It's not Funimation's fault, which TeamFourStar is probably going to have to repeat over and over again, it's just Youtube's system just doesn't work. 

A month ago a Commentary group I'm subscribed to was hit with a copyright strike because an actress, who wasn't even involved in the video that was specifically affected, made an honest mistake.  It took 2 weeks to resolve and when the actress tried to resind it herself she kept getting error messages.  They were literally waiting for Youtube to get off their ass to remove the strike.
