Got reaaally bored...and inspired...so I´ve made a 32bit Wily

It´s pretty bad...I know

Yeah, It kind of seems like he's standing too "straight up".

The shoulders seem to wide, and the tie and coat collars need a little work.

I do like some parts of the sprite though!

Yes, it´s scratch. I´ve based it on old FireMan art so that it fits the setting of Super Adventure Rockman. I used the palette of the CD sprite.
Someone on Sprites inc. pointed out a few issues...so I fixed them:
