Honestly, even if they couldn't get the original Mega Man 7 and 8 in there, it'd be kinda cool to see their own versions of the RM7 & 8 demakes, alongside 9 & 10.

Lord knows Capcom wouldn't settle for anything other than nostalgia when it comes to Classic.

I certainly wouldn't mind some demakes myself.  The fan made one for 8 was pretty interesting since they had to change Sword Man's stage.

Disappointed with no 9 and 10, they have done nothing with this 2 games outside the original release. Kudos to Capcom USA for the effort, they try hard to make things happen on their side, I wonder what's going on in Japan.

Granted, at least in the case of the Wii U, there's no shortage of Virtual Console releases. But even so...

I'll be honest, I legit forget that the PSVita actually exists sometimes! 

The Vita is basically nonexistent, when compared to the 3DS. Sony works better on home consoles.

For the western market maybe, but I've had my share of enjoyment with my Japanese imports on the PS Vita recently, specially with the much more generous offerings on PS+ in Japan than the other regions, and I had tons of fun with the Senran Kagura franchise as well. But most recently, there is this MegaMan-type game on there (which was also released on 3DS) called The Legend of Dark Witch: Chronicle 2D Act, and I had so much fun decimating the game and its Lunatic difficulty and got all the trophies. Such a cute game with fitting music tunes. ^^b

I looked up Digital Eclipse, who seem to be one of the branches of Backbone Entertainment, and they've actually got quite a track record for numerous ports and games in the past. They seem to be a pretty solid company that various games and projects not quite Triple-A got outsourced to.

Yeah, they did a lot of really mediocre Sega Genesis ports for the PS3/360 with basically the same features (Leaderboards and [parasitic bomb]).

And the option to cheese through games with save states. Easy way to get trophies/achievements.

$15 for practically 1~6 Complete Works? I mean, I'd be interested if I weren't already so sick of the original six games and wanted to own them in yet another format.

Though the remix aspect sounds fun.
