"I don't think Shuu is in any condition to learn either unfortunately." Sakura pointed out sadly "Not to mention I don't think he actually could learn it if his Magic comes from you guys."

[Sapphire Knight]

"She is correct." Susanoo stated, walking up to Hellhound and sniffing the sigil. "Gonsol can only use this sort of magic when wielding me. On his own, he is only able to use Light."

Hellhound sighed. "Whatever, I've got work to do." He grumbled, rolling his head. "Someone get me a map of this place so I can figure out the best places to start the thaw."

[Sakura Leic]

"Fxeni should have one since he kind of lives here." Sakura stated.

[Phi]

(Pema is taking Blizzard Attack, though. All that's left is for you to grab Freeze Crackers.)

[Fxeni]

(Not to be a party-pooper, but would Sakura or Calien be able to even use Freeze Cracker? Neither seem to use magic to fire projectiles directly.)

"Most of my maps were on my gauntlet, sadly. I'll swing by the Mercenary HQ, there should be one there," Fxeni said as he began to wander towards one of the larger buildings. "Worse comes to worse, I'll show you the best routes, Hellhound."

(Pema is taking Blizzard Attack, though. All that's left is for you to grab Freeze Crackers.)

(Why did I imagine Peam using the attack to create a blizzard, and sledding in it with Salem?)

(Not to be a party-pooper, but would Sakura or Calien be able to even use Freeze Cracker? Neither seem to use magic to fire projectiles directly.)

(Technically as long as you have the Elemental Mana Wily said you could use it.  Not to mention the Fangs that Sakura uses, which for simplification are bases of of Lloyd's Demon Fang, are in fact projectiles.  So yeah Sakura should because she has her Ice enchantment spells but Calien can't because he doesn't have Water elemental attacks and I'm not really planning on giving him Ice attacks at the moment.

Not to mention like I said I have a a few ideas to implement Freeze Cracker in different ways.)

"Very well, I'll follow along." Hellhound said, trudging along behind Fxeni before turning to the group. "By the way, you should get those two someplace warm so they don't get sick."

[Sakura Leic]

"Kind of too late for that." Calien shook his head "It's more like we have to find a place so they don't get worse."

[Quickman]

Still curled up and trying to keep himself warm, the Professor drifted off.  He was marginally conscious, though not entirely lucid.

Riagan came over the the group, with Aya following.  "We need to get out of this blizzard!  Is there shelter nearby?  We're near the town, we should seek shelter there.  There may be barns we can stay in, if the town itself is frozen."

[Sakura Leic]

"Uh Riagan we're already in town and the Blizzard was starting to calm down when that Spinning guy was destroyed and has been getting weaker and weaker because his Mana is disappearing.  Plus we need to ask Fxeni where we can stay to find shelter since he lives here." Sakura stated. "There's plenty of buildings around but we don't know what's what.  Except for that one that was destroyed by Freeze Man crashing into it, that looks like a shop.

Plus Fxeni said this place doesn't have barns, the barn we found was just one that was left behind to the times.  That's why it was so old and broken."

"Not to mention the land doesn't seem suitable for farming in the first place.  I suspect this place was once a bountiful land but climate change and the times have not been kind to it." Calien added.

(At least that's how I think a Blizzard made by Magic would disappear.)

[Blue Valkyrie]

"The blizzard was enhanced by Albertus' golems however it's not the cause, I can still feel the shard near by; It's safe to assume unless we remove it from where ever it landed we won't be able to stop the blizzard completely. We need to help these people, meanwhile I will focus on tracking that shard." Aya interrupted the discussion with a serious look on her face.

[Sakura Leic]

Sakura closed her eyes as she sensed the Mana around her.

"Yeah....you're right.  This Blizzard still has quite a bit of Mana in it." Sakura nodded "Then we need to find out where it is before this place can be safe."

[Fxeni]

(Demon Fang is technically a projectile, yes, but it stays on the ground. Ah whatever, do as you wish.)

"Let's all go to the HQ. Chances are everyone who wasn't frozen would be holed up there, and they might have more information. The building is kind of hard to miss at any rate," Fxeni said as he walked along, pointing at the rather large building at the edge of town. Large metallic cylinders protrude from the sides of the building, stretching out across the ground and connecting to the back of the other buildings in town.

[Sakura Leic]

"Oh so that's the HQ?" Sakura asked "What are those cylinders for?"

[Fxeni]

"Providing energy and heat to the town. It allows the town to survive in the harsher weather here. This applies to both homes and other buildings. We have to grow everything indoors as well, so we have a few greenhouses that provide for the town," Fxeni explained as they walked closer to the HQ.

[Sakura Leic]

"Oh that's really neat!" Sakura smiled.

[Sapphire Knight]

Susanoo lowered the spikes on his back and put both Shuu and the Professor on as passengers. "Let us be going." He said, Grani already making his way there.

[Phi]

(Why did I imagine Peam using the attack to create a blizzard, and sledding in it with Salem?)

(She will now! )

Pema paused in front of Blizzard Man's sigil. Hesitantly, she swatted her hand through the floating kanji and examined it closely.

"Go on. It won't bite... probably." Salem said jokingly.

She darted a glare at Salem, then slowly stepped into the light. The sigil vanished as the light glowed brighter.

The energy swirled around Pema as she absorbed its power. Soon after, the light was no more.

"Hm, I don't really feel any different..." She glanced at her hands, opening and closing them.

"Perhaps your body needs to grow accustomed to the power first." Salem replied.

[Sakura Leic]

(Should I just get the power now?)

[Phi]

(Yeah, might as well.)

[Sakura Leic]

"Oh yeah forgot about those." Sakura stated when she saw the sigil glowed "Might as well get the other before we unfreeze everyone since they would have more things to worry about than asking what the sigils are."

Sakura walked over to the other one and absorbed it.  After she did she kept seeing visions of how to form Freeze Crackers over and over again.

"Now I understand why Fxeni was really off that day in Iron Gate." Sakura commented as she went went back to heading toward the HQ "It's hard to think about much else."

[Quickman]

Riagan followed along, sniffing the air.  "The sooner we get out of this cold, the better.  Lest you don't want your friends to survive."

[Sakura Leic]

"You can say that again." Sakura said as she caught up to him. "Ugh Fxeni how long do these visions last exactly?"
