Toshi - "Professor, please try to get up." she tries to get him back on his feet, "Now's seriously not the time to have a nervous break down."

[Quickman]

((Prof be trippin' balls.))

Aided by Toshi, the Professor got to his feet and started to hobble.  He didn't get far before he was flashed back to the monastery, and he saw his master before him.  He stumbled and fell forward as he shut his eyes and pulled his hood over his head with both hands, screaming.

"GET OUT OF MY HEAD!"

[Sakura Leic]

"Toshi carry him!" Sakura shouted.

(If TENK can't post just zombie the Prof being carried.)

[Mr. Haxwell]

Toshi - "Okay..." she got down to the Prof's level so that she could wrap his arms around her waist. "Hold onto me Professor." As she lifted him with her back, she quickly grabbed ahold of his legs giving him a piggyback right. Although she got him on her back, the Professor was shuffling his arms a little, causing a bit of discomfort to Toshi as she can clearly feel him squeezing under her breasts. "Not so tight now... Professor."

(I'm just rushing this one.)

[Phi]

Calien was smiling and clapping at the newly christen Pema the Insatiable though as a man who somewhat practices medicine he had a job to do, especially since the Prof entrusted some of his remedies.

"Well done Pema, I never doubted you for a moment." Calien smiled "Though....how are you feeling right now?"

(You know Pema would have no problem doing that Rainy Day Meat Bowl Challenge at Aiya's in Persona 4.  She can conquer the Meat Dimension.)

"Thank you!" Pema smiled gleefully, "And I kinda feel... a little queasy. Maybe I should lay down for a while."

Yin came in soon after and ran straight to Calien giving the same news.

"So Sakura is with them eh?" Calien said as he grabbed his Axe "Yin I want you to take Bianca and get out of here."

Yin nodded and put the Chicken on her back before uttering some cries.

"Yes....I agree something is not right....but I don't know what." Calien nodded.

"Huh? Wh-What's going on, Mr. Calien?" Pema asked, noticing that something was amiss.

[Sakura Leic]

"It's where the attack is located." Calien shook his head "Why would a watch tower be targeted, the way it's set up feels like a distraction.  But until we get more details we just have to head there."

[Phi]

Pema nodded, briefly rubbing her stomach, "I'm not sure how well I can help out, right now, but I'll try my best. Let's go, Salem!"

"Right!" Salem floated to her.

[Sakura Leic]

"Pema eat this." Calien said as he handed her a cube "It may not taste very good but it will help your stomach.  The Professor gave it to me, make sure you eat it whole."

(So should we wait for PB, then cut to them making a barricade and have Sakura call Calien and finding out Aya is missing just to speed things along?)

[Phi]

Pema examined the cube closely and put her tongue to it, "Why can't medicine ever taste good?" She muttered solemnly.

"Now's not the time to be picky," Salem stated.

"Yeah, I know, I know," She nodded, placing the cube in her mouth and chewing it. Finally, she gulped it down, "Blegh..."

"Atta girl," Salem exclaimed with a slight chuckle.

[Quickman]

((Oh, it can't be that bad.  It's just unflavored Tums in cube form. ))

((Prof's trippin' balls and is pretty much out of it, so he's not going to be much help.))

[Protoman Blues]

As they retreated into the tunnel, Riagan grabbed his sledgehammer and began striking the walls of the mine with it! "GO. Take him to safety. I will catch up once I seal this mineshaft off!" he told Sakura & Toshi.



"PROTECT THE KING!" some of the dwarf soldiers yelled out. Meanwhile, the King knocked them aside as he grabbed his mighty axe from the side of the throne and prepared for battle. "Whomever DARES to invade Gimrak shall pay. RALLY TO ME, MY KIN!"

[Sakura Leic]

"You better make it out of there Riagan!" Sakura shouted as she and Toshi ran off.

[Quickman]

The Professor was only dimly aware of the tunnels when the trio entered them.  He had spent the trip trying to fight the intrusive voice and constant flashing back to the monastery.  Every time he opened his eyes, he saw his master.  He knew that what he saw wasn't real, and he kept telling the apparition that in hopes of driving it away.

The farther away from the portal they got, the easier it became to force the visions to go away.  Though, as he thought about the portal, he would remember the experiments performed by he and his master, which would lead to the final straw of his master's alchemy.

The loss of his master was something that he tried to forget.  He had attempted to fabricate new memories surrounding it, and came up with different stories on how his master disappeared.  He had claimed ignorance to the details, but the portal by the watchtower reminded him.

It forced the memories back to the forefront like a solid kick in the head.

Clinging to Toshi's shoulders, the Professor was jostled around as she ran.  Opening his eyes, he saw the walls of the mining tunnel; not the monastery.  The voice sounded distant, and he shook his head to rid himself of it.

"Get out of my head..."

[Phi]

"AYE!" The Dwarves cried out at the order of their King.

Zilpher grabbed his Axe and turned around, facing Pema, "It's time we depart, for now. Be safe, young Pema."

"Yeah, you too!" She responded, then paused for a monent. She turned to Calien, "Do you have any more of those cubes? I think Mr. Zilpher could use one."

[Sakura Leic]

"Of course." Calien said as he handed one to Zilpher.

[Protoman Blues]

Riagan uses all his strength and closes off the shaft leading to the watch tower with his sledgehammer. That should hold them, but not for long. he thought to himself as he heard the possessed dwarves picking away at the stone barricade with their pick axes. He grabbed his sledgehammer and ran to meet up with the rest of the group and his father.

[Blue Valkyrie]

((Just waiting for Sakura to rejoin the others))

Sakura and the others arrived at the Dinning Hall to discuss the situation.

"Father, Father!" Sakura cried.

"Sakura's what's the situation!" Calien answered.

"Father it's another breach and we need to seal it!" Sakura asked.

"We need to hurry.....wait...where is Aya?!" Calien shouted.

"I thought she went back to the Dinning Hall!" Sakura cried.

"No....She's not here....." Calien said with a grave expression.

[Phi]

"Of course." Calien said as he handed one to Zilpher.

"Hm? What is this?" Zilpher took the cube and stared at it.

"This will help with your stomach pain," Pema replied, "It's bland, but it should work."

"I see," He chewed it and swallowed, then turned to Calien, "You have my gratitude. Now, If you'll please excuse me, my people need me."

As he was about to rush off to protect his King, Pema stepped forward, "W-Wait, Mr. Zilpher! ... Do you... think we'll see each other again?"

Zilpher smiled, "I'm sure we will, young one. Now go, let us both prove ourselves and protect the people we care about!"

Pema smiled happily and nodded, "Yeah, okay! Sorry to hold you up. I'll see you again soon!" She grabbed her staff and twirled it, "Mr. Calien, let's go!"

[Sakura Leic]

"Hang on Pema, Aya has gone missing!" Calien shouted.

[Phi]

Pema gasped, "What? Where could she have gone?!" She looked around the room frantically.

"Dammit, this isn't good. This isn't good at all..." Salem stated with a worried tone.

[Protoman Blues]

Riagan arrived in the Hall with his father and the rest of the party waiting, looking around for someone.

"Father. I have barricaded the path to the watch tower, but they will be through it soon."

"Good work, son. You have bought us time to rally our forces! Now we shall..." the King stated before Riagan interrupted.

"Wait....where is young woman you sent for?" Riagan asked with concern in his voice.

"I sent no such request for a meeting."

"...then that dwarf must have also been bewitched. She's been captured!!!" Riagan yelled out. "We must find her."

"I cannot abandon the halls to find one girl. I must lead my men to defend our realm." King Pyritecrusher said while holding up his ax. "Son, you find her. Go with our guests to locate her. You know these halls and shafts better than any!"

"I shall, father. Battle well!"

[Sakura Leic]

(Okay let me edit my last post, my bad.)

"Dammit it was a trap!" Calien cursed.

"We need to hurry!" Sakura shouted.

[Fxeni]

"Hope she's alright... she wasn't in any shape to fight," Fxeni noted as he prepared to move out.
